Custom Report Writing

Each module of SAMS includes various standard reports that can be run as is or modified to suit your needs with SAMS Report Writer.  The Report Writer also enables you to write your own custom reports and add them to SAMS so that all of your staff can generate them when needed. Data Hosting

One of the greatest benefits of SAMS is that it allows you to access your data and work from just about anywhere via the Internet. The Semarca Corporation allows the option to host your data in-house or on our server. When Semarca hosts your data, you are guaranteed to have full access to your database at all hours, daily off-site backups, and the utmost in security and privacy. All of these features are available for a monthly fee and will give you peace of mind knowing that your data is always secure.

Data Conversion

The Semarca Corporation can convert your existing data into the proper format and have it automatically set up in your SAMS Database upon installation. This saves loads of time and helps to familiarize you with the program and how it works. We will work closely with you to determine exactly how you want your data converted and verify that all of the proper information is where it should be. Most database formats can easily be converted into the SAMS Database and implementation time can be as soon as two weeks after contract signing. The day before installation, we will input your most current data so that you experience virtually no down time during the transition.  In the future, if you have a new data list received from a third party that you need imported into your existing database, please provide a copy to Semarca and we can give you an estimate on time and cost to add it easily into SAMS eliminating manual data entry.
