The SAMS Membership
Management module is a complete information system designed for professional
and trade associations. The SAMS software package makes data entry easy
and allows you to track all your members and contacts in a single database.

Membership Dues and Billing

Bill members and print statements with a
click of your mouse.

Use Semarca's standard invoice or create
your own.

Change members with past due payments to an
inactive status and has the option to eventually delete the members.

List, automatically, the next three dues
levels on invoices for voluntary dues increases.

Bill members on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis
such as anniversary date.

Use master accounts to bill companies or
organizations with more than one membership mailing.

Provide bank draft ability and credit card
interface files. (NACHA compliant)

away! From the member screen, you can access:

- Linked individuals/companies
- Services and product screens
Additionally, SAMS has
several fields with look-up features. For example, when adding a firm or
individual record, just enter the zip code and SAMS looks up and inserts
the following user-defined fields:
Pop-ups are available
throughout the system allowing you to choose a value from a list. For example,
the member type field contains a pop-up that allows you to select a member
type from a list of codes and descriptions that you create yourself.

extensive history and demographic variables. This enhances direct mail,
