Defining Events
The Meeting module lets you set up an unlimited number of events. For
each event you can:

Set up events and add
facility information such as AV equipment, tables, and room assignments

Add information regarding
speakers, co-presenters, facilitators, and continuing education

Assign multiple fee types

Enter unlimited amount of
notes

SAMS shortens data entry time by keeping
all of the tools at your fingertips.
From just one screen you can

Add an attendee instantly or
pull in an existing members data. This means you only enter each individual
once

Automatic entry and
user-defined pop-ups simplify and expedite data entry. For example, SAMS
imports the member's name and address automatically when you enter the member's ID number.
To register a member for a specific function, simply choose that event from
the pop-up list and SAMS enters the fee and adds it to the balance.
Attendees can be automatically added to the Individual module for future
events. And, the SAMS Meeting module lets you know when someone registers
for duplicate classes or when a class is full.
Badges and Confirmations
With just a click of your mouse
SAMS produces professional badges and tickets
on a laser printer. Several standard badge formats are provided with the
package or you can customize your own with ease. Print badges and tickets at
any time; immediately after entering the attendee, or in a batch run. Send confirmation letters automatically to
attendees. SAMS generates letters that notify attendees of the events they
are scheduled to attend, and what they have paid for. You have the flexibility
of customizing the text of the letter at any time.
Standard and Customized Reports
The Meeting module offers an array of standard reports designed to meet
your needs. In addition, you have the option of
creating professional, customized reports using a
full-featured report writer. SAMS standard reports include:
