This module tracks members as well as maintains records for prospects, contributors, meeting or continuing education attendees, exhibitors, subscribers, committee members, suppliers or any other individual or company that your organization needs to track.

Use as a tickler file to send member applications, exhibit kits, etc.
Automatic data entry by entering the zip code. SAMS fills in city, state, area codes, and chapters. The zip code table also links you to your state legislative districts.
Enter complete Demographic Information (name, address, phone/fax numbers, email, etc.)

User Defined Pop-up Lists

With the SAMS Individual Module, you have the ability to pull from an unlimited amount of:

Record Types - The record type field is tied to the individual record and is used to distinguish the difference between prospects, contributors, subscribers, suppliers, etc.
Marketing Promotion Codes - By using Mail and Source Code fields, you can include/exclude a person from a particular mailing and determine where you received this person's name. You can track which promotions received the best feedback.
History Codes - Enter as many committee, job description or classification codes as you wish to an individual. You can keep committee lists from year to year and delete them only when needed.

Unlimited Committee/Board/History Information

You can keep an unlimited amount of historical information on an Individual record. For example, you are able to track the boards and committees a person has served on and all of the meetings that this individual has attended. This feature has an unlimited amount of space and can be kept in SAMS until you decide to delete it. And, you can pull information from the History table for reports. The possibilities are endless (virtually!).

Additional Features

Track points for a member. Many associations give referral points to individuals who bring in other members. SAMS makes it easy to track these points by entering them right on the Individual window or when adding a payment.
Add Directory information in the Individual Module. SAMS makes it easy by linking information from your Individual record to the Directory record, such as the individual's address information. And, you still have the option of changing this information on the Directory record! Enter as many directory listings for an individual as you want. The Directory also tracks specialties and creates optional billing for directory listings.
