Long Description

Use this field to include a description of the event that could be used when you print your conference program or brochure content.  It can also be used on your Confirmation Letter that you print and mail to attendees.

Notes

Any internal notes could be kept here such as special transportation, audio visual equipment required, speaker requests, etc.
