Education Module

The SAMS Education Module was written to serve the needs of associations that offer required courses. If your industry is mandated to maintain certification by the city or state, the Education Module can assist you in that process with the ability to set up the class, track the students and their grades, as well as your available instructors.

By selecting the students tab, you will be able to see at a glance all of the students that have registered for this class.

The software will automatically track the number of first timers, retakes and the total in attendance.

From the student record you will be able to maintain all the demographic information on that individual. Including their home and company address, phone and email. And to assist you in your membership recruitment efforts you can select to have a membership application sent.

With the SAMS EducationModule, you will be able to establish multiple class types (alcohol awareness, safe food handling, CPR). Track the fee, test date and the date results were mailed.

You will be able to also review the class status on each of the many courses they can take. At a glance you will be able to determine their test date, grade and whether they were a no-show, re-take or re-certification.
